Market is slow, yes. But that does not mean agents should be slow. Now more than ever we need to work harder and more effeciently. The client is number one! We have had a nice run as realtors, but now the real work begins. I predict that those real estate professionals left standing at the end of 2009 are going to be the ones that suit up and show up. No more waiting for the call. Sales is a contact sport. That is why our clients and network are called CONTACTS! We need to reach out and contact, bring them something of value, don't just ask for a sale. Be valuable to them. What have you done for them lately??
