Here are the OCTOBER stats for 2003-2008 for Port Townsend, Washington  Real Estate:

This includes all categories: Land, Houses, condos, commercial, business opportunities, multi-family

As you can see, we are WAY OFF from what we are used to.  Keep in Mind this is for the entire city of Port Townsend and all categories of listings, Homes, Land, condos, multi-family, commercial, etc.
