Jefferson County Real Estate Market Report October 2003-2008

Here are the OCTOBER stats for 2003-2008 for Jefferson County  Real Estate:

This includes all categories: Land, Houses, condos, commercial, business opportunities, multi-family

As you can see, we are WAY OFF from what we are used to.  Keep in Mind this is for the entire Jefferson County and all categories of listings, Homes, Land, condos, multi-family, commercial, etc.

These numbers were generated from the NWMLS

I want to add that we are already seeing more activity in November than October.  Cross your fingers!
