GPS home finder

I thought I would share a technological idea with the world wide web.

With GPS enabled phones, they should set up a service, whereby the buyers input the property they want, and whenever they are near a listing that matches their criteria...their phone buzzes and gives them gps directions to that house, the agents number, etc.  So a buyer just drives around a city they want to live and their phone guides them to the right house, and the right agent.

I would pay to put my listings in a service like that.

So find a programmer and pocket your idea! Sounds like a good one.

Tweaking that idea would not include finding a random agent via their phone.......but the concept is possible!!

PocketMLS from Baynet has a great application that alerts consumers regarding listings -- not GPS but at least it pushes the information to their smart phone like iPhone.
