Jefferson County Real Estate Market Port Townsend

I must say that January and February have turned out to be very, very good.  Our office has closed 23 transactions which is 17.42% of the Jefferson County NWMLS activity. The market is picking up nicely.  Average days on the market for the inventory that has sold is 193 days.  Not great, but our office is already ahead of last years production during this same time period.  We are very, very optimistic. This is an incredible time to buy.
